Veg of Lund har påbörjat ett samarbete med den ungerska distributören Worldwide Brands Hungary Kft för att lansera DUG potatisdryck i Ungern.
Veg of Lund has initiated cooperation with the Hungarian distributor Worldwide Brands Hungary Kft for the launch of DUG potato drink in Hungary.
Veg of Lund AB (publ) (”Veg of Lund” eller ”Bolaget”) har idag ingått avtal med styrelseledamöter samt en befintlig aktieägare avseende upptagande av lån om totalt 1,75 MSEK. Villkoren uppställer en konverteringsrätt för långivarna varigenom återbetalning ska kunna ske med Bolagets aktier. Lånen upptas i syfte att stärka Bolagets rörelsekapital.
Veg of Lund har inlett samarbete med två ledande butikskedjor med försäljning i Rumänien för lansering av bolagets potatisdryck DUG. Dr. Max Group och Sezamo kommer att inom någon vecka att inleda försäljning i sina online-butiker.
Veg of Lund has signed an agreement with Dr. Max, a leading pharmacy chain with operations in several countries in Eastern Europe, and Sezamo, part of the Czech wholesaler Rohlik, regarding the sale of all three variants of the plant-based potato drink DUG in Romania.
