Veg of Lund har anställt Emma Källqvist som ny CFO och medlem av ledningsgruppen med start 1 juli 2021. Emma kommer närmast från revisionsbolaget KPMG i Malmö där hon arbetat de senaste tio åren, varav två år i Melbourne. Sedan 2019 är Emma avdelningschef och sedan 2015 auktoriserad revisor. Emma har revisionserfarenhet från en bred portfölj av bolag där hon projektlett och ansvarat för revisoner av såväl nationella som internationella bolag. Emma har en ekonomie magisterexamen från Handelshögskolan vid Göteborgs Universitet.

Veg of Lund has hired Emma Källqvist as the new CFO and member of the management team starting 1 July 2021. Emma most recently came from the auditing company KPMG in Malmö, where she worked for the past ten years, of which two years in Melbourne. Since 2019, Emma is head of department and since 2015 authorized public accountant. Emma has auditing experience from a broad portfolio of companies where she has led projects and been responsible for audits of both national and international companies. Emma has a master’s degree in economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.

Styrelsen i Veg of Lund har utsett Cecilia Lindwall till ny VD för bolaget. Hon efterträder Thomas Olander, som kvarstår som ledamot i bolagets styrelse. Cecilia Lindwall har ett tydligt uppdrag att leda bolaget in i nästa fas, kommersialisering av Veg of Lunds potatismjölk som kommer att säljas under varumärket DUG[®]. Cecilia Lindwall har haft ledande befattningar i stora livsmedelsbolag, senast som marknadschef inom Skånemejerier och innan dess i motsvarande roller inom bland annat Orkla Foods och Mars Nordic. Cecilia Lindwall är utbildad civilekonom från Lunds universitet. Hon tillträder uppdraget som VD senast den 30 juni 2021.

The board of Veg of Lund has appointed Cecilia Lindwall as the new CEO of the company. She succeeds Thomas Olander, who remains a member of the company’s board. Cecilia Lindwall has a clear mission to lead the company into the next phase, commercialization of Veg of Lund’s potato milk which will be sold under the DUG[®] brand. Cecilia Lindwall has held senior positions in large food companies, most recently as marketing manager within Skånemejerier (Lactalis Sverige) and before that in corresponding roles within, among others, Orkla Foods and Mars Nordic. Cecilia Lindwall is Master of Science in Business Administration from Lund University. She will take up the position as CEO no later than 30 June 2021.

Det svenska livsmedelsbolaget Veg of Lund har fortsatta framgångar på den internationella livsmedelsarenan. I årets upplaga av World Food Innovation Awards vann bolagets potatisbaserade dryck, DUG[®], första pris i kategorin Best Allergy-Friendly Product och nådde hög placering i tre övriga kategorier, med ett specialpris i kategorin Bästa växt-baserade dryck. I den internationella jurybedömda tävlingen deltog totalt 276 produkter från 22 länder.

The Swedish food company Veg of Lund has continued success in the international food arena. In this year’s edition of the World Food Innovation Awards, the company’s potato-based drink, DUG[®], was crowned winner as Best Allergy-Friendly Product and reached a high position in three categories, with a highly commended award in the Best Plant-Based Beverage category. The international judging panel considered 276 entries from 22 countries.
